Speedtest: the Samsung Galaxy S7 under Nougat can dethrone Huawei Mate 9?

after having updated our Samsung Galaxy S7 on Android 7.0 Nougat , we had noticed a net optimization management of RAM. We therefore wanted to know what was the latter in the face of the excellent Huawei Mate 9 that natively takes the same version of the OS.

under Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge were poorly managing their vivid memories. Indeed, when a large number of applications were open at the same time, terminals could not revive some of them without reloading them from the beginning.

thanks to our last speedtest , it became realize the update of these smartphones to Android 7.0 Nougat had vastly improved the management of the RAM. Even with fifteen applications open at the same time, our Galaxy S7 no longer needed to go through the loading screen. He thus earned precious seconds.

but this is not the first device on Android 7.0 Nougat we submit to the exercise of the speedtest. Indeed, in 2016, we already had the opportunity to do the same with Huawei Mate 9 that ship the latest version of Google’s OS natively.

reminder: a speedtest is an exercise in speed in which we launch, fifteen applications following on two smartphones. And you do that twice. The first is to know the time of opening of such applications while the second cycle allows to see how memory is managed.
