WhatsApp will stop working on these end devices 2016

the information is not new but many users have now certainly forgotten it. Remember, from December 31, 2016, WhatsApp, the most famous of the messaging applications, will stop working on some Android devices (iOS).

WhatsApp is an important e-mail application for millions of people around the world. Stopping the service can be a problem in itself, and it is precisely what will happen to some users.

As announced in February last on my blog , WhatsApp will cease its support on all smartphones running Android 2.1 and Android 2.2. For other operating systems are also affected by the end of WhatsApp: BlackBerry OS and BlackBerry 10, Nokia S40, Nokia Symbian S60, Windows Phone 7 and the iPhone 3GS or IOS 6.

Although initially, WhatsApp also wanted to stop its service on BlackBerry OS, BlackBerry 10, Nokia S40 y Nokia Symbian S60, the American firm decided to grant an extension of compatibilite.jusqu’ June 30, 2017, or 6 months of respite.

the reason why WhatsApp abandons these systems is simple: they are too powerful and are more widely used. It is also very likely that this measure affects the country as the France but some less-developed areas where access to most current mobile phones is difficult can be affected by this decision.
